Het Apollo Senior Living Fund is bij oprichting gestructureerd als een besloten Fonds voor Gemene Rekening (FGR) onder beheer van FV Woonfonds. Binnen deze opzet opereert het fonds onder de geldende vrijstelling van toezicht door de Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM).

Deze keuze is bewust en strategisch. De vrijgestelde structuur stelt ons in staat om het fonds gecontroleerd op te bouwen, met volledige focus op kwaliteit, selectie van projecten en het realiseren van een solide track record. In deze fase staat zorgvuldigheid centraal: het optimaliseren van processen, governance en exploitatie voordat verdere opschaling plaatsvindt.
